There are a bunch of sites that will send you a copy of it but you will have to pay quite a bit for it.
This is the first one I found:

I went to the courthouse in the city I was born and got it the same day--I think it cost like five dollars.

It really depends on what state you where born in whether or not they can expedite services. A good website on the procedures to obtaining a birth certificate is: http://www.vitalrec.com/ Just click on the state you were born in and follow the procedures. Contact the states public health office (found on the website provided) and ask them if it is possible to expedite the process of obtaining a copy of your birth certificate. Good luck!

You can get a copy from that Internet provided that the agency responsible for issuing duplicates for your own birth certificate has that program.

You may not be able to get it that quickly. Check with the agency.

An in-person visit to the facility that has the info is the only way to get it that quick. I checked in my old State online and it takes 3 weeks. In person is immediate.

Considering how vital a birth certificate is to creating a false identity, I hope not.
