Responds.. i will have to say no. a woman can respond with 1 man from a sensual touch, a glare into their eyes, a nice smile, there are several factors. When it comes to sex or lovemaking its more like the next step of deeper connection

It depends on the woman. Some women are "one man" women where others play the field. When in a committed relationship a woman should only respond sexually with her partner unless they both, as a couple, mutually agree to have sex with others.
There's no yes or no here, it all depends on who the woman is.
