I was with this girl for a month a while ago. Everything was fine until she suddenly broke off all contact. I called her once after and she never answered. I msg her facebook a few days later and she never replied. I had no idea what happen until I asked around and found out that her ex came back and said all this "i'm sorry" BS and she got back with her ex (I mean wtf she didn't even properly break up w/ me).
So it's been 2 months since we broke contact, and I've just been working a lot to cope with it all. I finally got over her a month ago, and I see her online today. I sent her an IM just saying "hey, how's everything going?" And she never answered. She signed off ~5 min after I said hi.
Is she pissed off? I dont even know what I did wrong! I dont care anymore if she doesn't want a relationship w/ me. I just thought Id be nice and say a friendly hello and she doesnt even respond. Is that normal behavior or is she being really rude? Should I just forget her?

Wow... I didn't even notice that I said I was over her and then asked should I forget her.
I think I'm still in denial... it's hard to forget when she kind of left me hanging.

Wow, that was not only rude but really cold hearted. So unfortunate she could not at least tell you the ex was making a come back.
Apparently, you are not letting it go waiting for a proper break up from this girl. Forget her and do not IM, email or anything when she realizes why the ex was an ex to begin with

What's wrong with your ex is that she is, frankly, quite insensitive to other peoples' needs and feelings. No matter how much she may have cared for her ex, you deserved a proper explanation and parting.
She does have a conscience, however, as she is most likely avoiding you out of guilt. If you are bent on contacting her, try by phone or in person. Let her know you hurt and want to hear the true story from her. It's just about the best you can hope for.
Judging by your ex-girlfriend's actions, you are fortunate to not be with such a spurious, insensitive person any longer. If she continues to rebuff your attempts to contact her, just let her alone.

Getting back with the ex is one of most used excuses for breaking up with someone. She was most likely "trying you on" as a boyfriend and dating someone else that she was doing the same thing with.
To get it off your chest, I say send her an email about how she made you feel...then forget her.

Maybe she doesn't have the social skills to handle an uncomfortable situation or maybe she has a borderline personality disorder and just Xed you out of existence in her mind. Either way, she isn't worth one more second of your thoughts. I know how unresolved situations can haunt you, but she's the big loser here. For whatever reason, she wasn't equipped to continue the relationship with you and didn't know how to talk to you to end it in a respectful way.

She is being rude. She can't face you b/c she knows how she treated you & she knows that she was wrong & is too chicken to say anything. She is very immature & treated you wrong. She is one of those who can't be honest & face what they have done, so they run, hide & ignore you, thinking you'll go away & the problem will too...& temporarily it may..but it will always come & bite you in the behind later. She is not worth the stress or worry. You did nothing wrong to her, she's just too coward to face you & be honest..

first off she is a ***** if she goes back with her ex and does not have the decency to tell you its over and secondly if she cant even say hello she aint worth the bother you can do better she needs to grow up and its her loss at the end of the day your to good for her take care

You say your over her yet you also say should i forget her? You still care and you shouldn't. She was rude to you and the way it sounds is she didn't care at all about you so yes forget her and move on.

Her boyfriend probably does not want her to have any contact with you. Don't worry about it . It is her loss. Move on and find someone that will appreciate you.
