For breakfast i have a bowl of total including skim milk. Then i go to work where i push carts for a better part of the day. On my first break i have a piece of fruit. On my lunch i usually have a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with some veggies. on my last break i have another piece of fruit. for dinner i will have very lean meat on either whole grain bread or with whole grain rice, with some kind of vegetable. It seems to be working, i've lost 9 pounds over the past week.
