For breakfast i have a bowl of total including skim milk. Then i go to work where i push carts for a better part of the day. On my first break i have a piece of fruit. On my lunch i usually have a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with some veggies. on my last break i have another piece of fruit. for dinner i will have very lean meat on either whole grain bread or with whole grain rice, with some kind of vegetable. It seems to be working, i've lost 9 pounds over the past week.

Very good diet plan, my man. Try to drink a lot of water as well, its very health beneficial.

You don't have to use skim milk. You have a physical job and some extra fat would not hurt you. Same goes for the lean meat. It is generally better to eat less meat than substitute it for lean. A working (active) body needs the fat, it will not ad to your weight.

Expect to loose a lot more because with a job like that you are starving your body. 9 Pounds in a week is a 'bit' steep.

Some vegetables is not very precise. Eat LOTS of them and preferably fresh not precut.

Drink lots of water all through the day. It is not just good for anybody but as you are losing weight there are toxins released that were stored in your fat cells. This can make you pretty sick, dizzy and influence your digestive system.

If you loose the same amount next week take a step back. For a good result 9 pounds a month is much more realistic and you will enjoy your weight-loss instead of having to fight for it all the time.

You are going right
but u should drink lot of water and at night when want to sleep take 2 table spoon Isphagula husk fibre with water
and in whole day try to brisk walk of minimu 30 mins
