First set yourself some goals and make them realistic okay. Start running at tracks later on in the evening for 3 to 4 days a week for about 40min-1hour, dont eat fast-food at all, or drink soda. Try eating healthy, you actually gain weight when you skip meals, eat fat-free chicken breasts which you can make in an oven or buy a little grill, yogurts, sandwiches, spagghettios, stay away from trans-fat and saturated fats, high sugars, and sweets. Run,Jog like I said and take a friend with you, find a sport you like basketball, tennis, even swimming is the best to burn calories. Eating small meals throughout the day speeds up your metabolism which will help you lose weight. You said your addicted to foods you might have BULIMIA. Talk to an adult about your goals and NOT someone your age, calm down and take it slow, your not gonna make fat dissapear overnight it takes time, eat breakfast raisin bran cheerios, r try lifting weights to tone out your body but lift light-weights,

becoming anerexic is not the answer.
If you want to lose weight why don't you start eating healthy foods and excercising. You are young and I am sure there are some things you can do with a friend (such as a aerobics or walking class) that will help you become more healthy.
Talk to your parents about it and see if you can see a nutritionist

dont starve yourself!!!!
just eat 1200 calories a day make sure you eat healthy stuff like fruits and vegatables and dont eat stuff with alot of sugar and fat and dont eat fried foods i know its really really hard because ive been trying to lose weight too and i try to eat less but then i eat even more.
just try to eat good food that is healthy too
like if you want ice cream you can eat it just eat like weight watchers ice cream.
and if you want a snack you can eat 100 calorie snack packs.
just dont eat more than 1200 calories a day.
try to drink only water and get like 1-2 hours of exercise a day. do fun stuff like swimming and dancing and jump rope or go for a walk or jog........and when you exercise listen to some fun music and that should help. =]
and do stuff to keep you busy so that you dont think about food all the time.

This is NOT the venue for the dietary help you need. Go and see the family MD and let him/her put you on a supervised and healthy diet to lose the weight and not to hurt your young body. Basically, you know you have to eat differently and less intake and then also do some type of exercise to burn the calories you take in. At your teen years tho, you can mess your body up doing some fad diets, your bones, your brain, your menstrual cycle.....all can be messed up by dieting in a bad way, so do it with supervision. There is no QUICK WEIGHT LOSS FIX.....if there was, everyone would already be on it.

food is not your problem. You just have a negative self image.
Anorexia nervosa is a disease - why would you want to have any disease?
Plus - not all people with this disease are stick thin - many die still being obese.
you can lose fat only if create just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake because a huge one will make you lose just water weight and muscle and slow down your metabolism. when you start eating normal again you will gain back more than lost and will have contributed to yo-yo cycle once again.
change your lifestyle - make healthy food choices and exercise.

You didn't gain it all at once, you won't lose it all at once. See a doctor, get a sensible diet, exercise, and you'll lose it. Try 2 pounds a week. Within a year you'll have dropped all you wanted to.
Btw, if you start throwing up all the time your teeth will rot from the bile in your stomach coming up. Then you'll be a skinny teen with rotting teeth, and an eating disorder. Doesn't sound appealing does it?

TORI, ANOREXIA KILLS.
so, instead of wishing to be anorexic, i suggest you take the healthier way through exercise and proper diet.
stop drinking soda and don't eat rice.
when you wake up, do some stretching and a hundred crunches. throughout the day, insert 10 five-minute work-outs and drink lots of water to avoid dehydration. end your day with a 30min run. do this three times a week.
stay healthy =op

You can push yourself into the often fatal mental illness of anorexia nervosa by constantly telling yourself how fat and ugly you are, or you get one of several diseases which cause anorexia, such as AIDS.
Slow suicide is not the answer to weight gain though, especially in a girl just starting or just about to start into puberty.

you cant become anorexic just because you want to. as stated above by other people, it is a disease( fatal) and you need to be sick in the head to be anorexic. I totally agree w/ the 1200 cal diet plan. i tried it, and i lost weight. go see a doctor and as a soft start, avoid ANY carbonated drink, and overall ANY drink other than water. that will cut your sugar intake by much.

buh? you want to acquire some mental disease that will pretty much kill you? sounds like a terrible plan!
Ya food is good stuff. moderation is the key. I only eat one meal a day so just make it a nice one.
My trick is to only drink water when you are hungry or thirsty.cuts the craving a bit and flushes you out.
