Okay, so my boyfriend is in the army, he has been gone for just about two months. I love him with all m heart, we have been together for almost one year and nine months on the 12th. I told him, before he left, that I would wait for him to be done with the army. I am willing to out my heart on the line and wait for him knowing that it might not work out in the end, and that I could get really hurt. BUT because I love him that much, I am willing to do it. I just got a letter from him today saying that he doesn't know if he is holding on to nothing. I just started college and he is worried that I am going to find someone else. But I know myself, and I know I'm not going to... because I am not a big fan of people so I try to stay away from them. He asked me for advice: should he let go, or keep holding on. How do I get him to understand that he is the only person I want? And that he is the person that I want to spend the rest of my life with. I've sent him like 6 or 7 letters.

I've told him in past letters that when I am in school I am either in class, or doing homework, or writing him letters, or thinking about him. I want to be with him, I would do anything to be able to. How can I get him to realize that I will wait for him no matter what happens? That I am not going to meet anyone because I love him, apparently more then he thought I did.

It's not that I don't like people, I just don't like socializing much.
