i'm guessing you're nervous. and you haven't done it a lot. it's normal. you have to be comfortable with each other dude.

Men need to do kegels too, its tightening the muscles you use to control your urine flow...you might have a circulatory issue, go and see a Dr. first, and then after you have been cleared you need to practice kegels and use some masterbation techniques to bring yourself to the brink of cumming and then stop yourself before you go over the edge, I think there are some tantric exercizes out there. I know it sounds crazy but your going to have to use these exercizes to last longer, and it should also improve the orgasms that YOU have! Take Care hun, do your workouts! :) -Rachel.

I think that you are to stressed about getting it up and working than pleasing yourself and her. Try to relax more and just go with the flow, the first time ejaculation is quick but just go a second round it always a bit takes longer to ***.

you probably need to see a doctor, there are all kinds of medical reasons that could cause it.

It could also be a mental problem, like you were raised properly and now your conscience is bothing you because you know that its wrong to have sex outside of a marriage!

It might be a modern day, but if you were raised that its wrong, welllllll

Good luck

basically your problem is physical and medical. please consult a competent physician and act upon his advice. also it is not good to have sex until you are keenly aroused. having repeated sex at small frequency may bring physical and health problems. we should exercise moderation in all fields including sex.

Sounds like something you need to speak to your doctor about.
