Virus Description - W32/Looksky Trojan
First update your anti-virus and spyware programs
2. Go into safe mode and run them both. You need to do it in safe mode so it won't be able to hide in a running application
after removing it restart the computer in normal mode

Do this from the registry... :)

To delete the value from the registry
Important: Symantec strongly recommends that you back up the registry before making any changes to it. Incorrect changes to the registry can result in permanent data loss or corrupted files. Modify the specified subkeys only. For instructions refer to the document: How to make a backup of the Windows registry.

Click Start > Run.
Type regedit
Click OK.

Note: If the registry editor fails to open the threat may have modified the registry to prevent access to the registry editor. Security Response has developed a tool to resolve this problem. Download and run this tool, and then continue with the removal.

Navigate to the subkey:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

In the right pane, delete the value:

"HostSrv" = "%Windir%\sachostx.exe"

Navigate to the subkey:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess
\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List

Delete or reset the value in the right pane, if applicable.

Exit the Registry Editor.

If you mean the Trojan W32.Looked-C virus, go to www.symantec.com/enterprise/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2005-022409-2131-99&tabid=3. It has a description and a removal tool that does not cost anything.

They have no listing for a "looksy trojan" (I looked this up a couple days ago).
