I am a very big worrier...I worry about everything, what are some ways for me to mellow out when something has the possibility of happening?

i worry about a fair bit aswell, so heres my advice: run it off. whenever youre stressed or angry, go for a nice long run with loud angry music pumping through your ipod. works for me everytime.

I'm a worrier too. My 79-year old mother is very wise. She told me: " Worrying doesn't help a thing. Take 20 minutes out of your morning to worry. Then enjoy the rest of the day." Pretty cool advice, wouldn't you agree?! I hope it works for you. It does for me. Good luck to you. :)

make a list of all those things that worry you and decide that it wouldnt be so bad if they happened.
