Oh brother.. Didn't you read the book.. DUH.. It's normal after having puppies for there to be blood .. Not just today, but for a few weeks even... You sure were(N'T) prepared.. What did you think.. nature would take it's course and things would be wonderful... You could sell puppies and make a fortune??
Even millionaires know how to read and they learn about things before they do them..... You aren't going to make money.. Might as well spay her cause you made a big mistake this time.

You need to take her and the pups in for a check by the vet to make sure the mother dog doesn't have any retained puppies or placentas and to make sure all of the pups are healthy,so you can ask the vet then.It could be from the after birth discharge mixing with the urine, but it could also be a urinary tract infection. It's always wise to see a vet after an animal has given birth ( within 48-72 hours.) And,I hope you'll get the mom spayed after the pups are weaned,it's better for her health and your wallet.

The only correct answer is to get ur dog to a vet as soon as possible, she could have a bladder infection or some other damage from giving birth. Do not put it off or wait for answers from here. To be safe, have her seen by a vet. Guessing at an answer is not wise, especially since she just had pups. Hope mother and babies will all be fine.

You need to call your vet. There shouldn't be blood in her urine not even after giving birth. Think about it like this what would you do if you had blood in your urine. You wouldn't be on the computer asking questions, you'd be on your way to the hospital.

The blood is probably not in her urine. It is a very good idea to see a vet after your dog has puppies to make sure all the tissue passed ok.

I would say you should call your vet. Please don't wait, it could be something simple or she may have injured herself giving birth. But you should at least call a vet. Hopefully it is just a strained bladder or something like that. Good luck.
