Muslim testimony of faith is between God and the individual Muslim alone. Islam is based on the freedom of faith you may call yourself a Muslim but only God knows if you are truly a good Muslim or not.

Allah is the Ever Living, Free of all Need

Allah states that all the residents of earth will perish and die. The residents of the heavens will die, except whomever Allah wills. Only Allah's Honorable Face will remain, because our Lord, the Exalted, the Blessed, is the Ever Living Who never dies. Qatadah said, "First, Allah mentioned His creatures and then He said that all of this will perish.'' And in the reported supplication: `O You the Ever Living Who sustains all that exists! O You Who created the heavens and the earth without precedence. O You, Who Owns the glory and the honor, none has the right to be worshipped except You. We seek refuge with Your mercy. The testimony or evidence of faith is based on the belief Islam has 5 principles of faith or Rukun Islam (1)Syahadat or a witness that Allah is only one and Muhammad pbuh is the prophet and messenger of Allah (2)Shalat or praying at least 5 times a day before dawn,at noon,in the afternoon,on the beginning of night and at night. (3)Islamic taxes that all muslims who are capable should pay islamic taxes every month certain percentage of monthly income and of its wealth (4)fasting as an obligatory full month in the Rama dhan (9th month in islamic calendar) and (5)pay haj pilgrimage to Mecca,Arafaa and Medinaa in Saudi Arabia for capable muslims at least once during his/her life.Besides that we have six principles of faith (Rukun Iman)e.g (1)muslims should believe to Allah the only one God who has no ally at all (2)we should believe in angels (3)we should believe in the holy books given by Allah Zabur,Taurat,Bible and the last Qur'an (4)we should believe in prophets and messengers
of Allah since Adam,Noakh,Abraham,Ismael,Ishaq,Jacoob etc upto Jesus and Muhammad pbuh. (5)we should believe in Allah's decision or takdir and (6) we should believe in the life after death or akherat.
Based on those we have also evidence that Allah has given us the everlasting, complete, genuine and logic life guide e.g Qur'an and hadith as the guidelines for practising it on our everyday of life as given its explanation by Muhammad pbuh
We have also another evidence e.g the remnant of palaces and graves of king and prophets those stated in the Qur'an which lie on this earth in Egypt,Saudi Arabia,Jordania,Iraq,
Turkey and Syiria. We convince that Allah is the only one God because if there are more than one they should divide the authority and they will quarel each other.Monotheism belie ves only to one God.Allah spoke in the Surah 112 Al Ikhlas that we should say Allah is only one.Allah is the God to whom everything will depend on.Allah has no son and no parents
.And there is no other thing that is equal ( worthy than )with Allah...This universe will be pell mell or disorderly if there are many Gods than Allah.Allah is the only Greatest Creator and Regulator and Protector of this universe with its contents.
