I have been given a task of designing an electrical standard for contractors at our food production plant. Any ideas of where to look for examples or information on this issue?

NFPA 70 as a base, with added sanitary
requirements, wash-down, cleaning clearances
around equipment and enclosures, "stand-offs"
for cleaning purposes.
Possible NEMA 4 (Stainless steel), enclosures
in processing areas.
'Wet location` requirements.
