Evolution is a lie and it comes from Satan.

I don't find it to be illogical, it seems to be quite logical and that would be the sole reason I accept it. I don't quite believe in it, like if you could provide a better theory that fit with the evidence in a more appropriate manner then I would likely accept your theory over Evolution.. But seeing that you are not in the news I don't think that is going to happen.

Cheers!

because of the fact they do no longer understand the belief of evolution, or the incontrovertible fact that the belief of evolution isn't opposite to Adam and Eve or God or maybe faith in any respect. they are purely undereducated and unwilling to look into the difficulty to get a extra suitable information. have you ever seen any of the anti-evolution video clips? They exhibit a comical loss of information with regard to the belief, yet call for that technological know-how be utilized to proving faith. Hilarious and pointless, the debate will proceed. Adam and Eve = a tale in accordance with oral custom (remarkably like different advent memories in background) Evolution = a concept in accordance with bones and different issues we've chanced on interior the earth paiting an intensive time line however the main intense distinction is that one is in accordance with faith and the different on data (which you are going to see that and touch and categorize).

Oh, about the same way some people believe in something as illogical as the "THEORY" of Gravity.

Faith is difficult, because it doesn't meet any intellectual criteria. It's an assent of the will to a truth that is revealed.

Evolution, on the other hand, appeals to the intellect. Logic and rationality as we experience it today are the norms of an educated society. Intellectualizing is easy and fun. It allows us to solve problems and to connect archeological dots to build a picture.

In the end, faith and reason are not necessarily at odds with each other. Faith and reason can actually be complementary.

Why is something illogical just because we are yet to have all the answers? Do you think that if some one told you 200 years ago that we would be using the internet as an everyday part of our lives, it would be thought of as logical?

I'm one of the few and considered wierd people who believe in both God and Evolution. I believe God created earth and I believe Jesus died for my sins. But how do we know evolution wasn't God's intention. Maybe when God said let there be light it's referring to the Big Bang. I don't know. But I don't think the stories in the Bible are as simple and close minded as some make them to be. I think one story can be interpeted a thousand ways. And that is the beauty of the Bible. That's why it's for everybody. Not just me or you.

The only way that you could ask such an asinine question is by not understanding it. Which you really need to do; evolution is no longer just a theory -- it is a proven fact. (Proof details available on request; please provide an e-mail address.) For a good description of how it works, see [1]. For a readable history of evolution on this planet, see [2].

THEORY n., pl. -ries.
A set of statements or principles devised to explain a group of facts or phenomena, especially one that has been repeatedly tested or is widely accepted and can be used to make predictions about natural phenomena.
The branch of a science or art consisting of its explanatory statements, accepted principles, and methods of analysis, as opposed to practice: a fine musician who had never studied theory.
A set of theorems that constitute a systematic view of a branch of mathematics.

A "theory" has facts and examples to back it up, a belief does not. A belief is basically a delusion or mass delusion in the case of religion, that has devoured your lives and turned you into horrible people. The only reason half of you even believe in god is because you think you'll get a gold star on your forehead when you die. At least when i do good things I'm not expecting a reward or acknowledgment, I do good things because it's the right thing to do.

Belief
The mental act, condition, or habit of placing trust or confidence in another: My belief in you is as strong as ever.
Mental acceptance of and conviction in the truth, actuality, or validity of something: His explanation of what happened defies belief.
Something believed or accepted as true, especially a particular tenet or a body of tenets accepted by a group of persons.

"mental" act. Not physical, proven, factual . . .

If you weren't blinded by religious belief you would be able to see the evidence that exists. Do you know how bacteria become resistant to antibiotics? They evolve. Unfortunately you can't see it because religion can act as a blindfold. Yet you instead believe that there is an Almighty God who just has a problem showing up. Is that correct?

I'll save you the trouble of finding the definition of theory, as it pertains to science:

the·o·ry
–noun, plural -ries. 1. a coherent group of general propositions used as principles of explanation for a class of phenomena: Einstein's theory of relativity.
2. a proposed explanation whose status is still conjectural, in contrast to well-established propositions that are regarded as reporting matters of actual fact.

Evolution is a fact, regardless of whether or not people 'believe in it'. It has happened, is happening, and will continue to happen, with or without acceptance of it as fact.

Creation on the other hand, requires people to believe. Without them, its just a quaint myth.
