Do you mean the solution, yes you can.
If you mean regular eyedrops, why not?

Assuming that the eye drops you are referring to are simply artifical tears - then yes. If they are contact lens rewetting drops, they may be used whether the lenses are in or not. If they are artificial tears but are not meant for use with soft contacts, you may certainly put those in after you take your lenses out. Those kinds of drops are NOT meant for use when your lenses are in though. For example, Visine should NEVER be used while your contacts are in UNLESS it is the the Visine CLR (Contact Lens Relief)
Medicated eye drops such as antibiotic drops, glaucoma drops, allergy drops should only be used when the lenses are NOT in because the contact lens will absorb the medication - not your eye. Often times they will tell you to put those kinds of prescription drops in and wait at least 15 minutes before putting your contacts back in so that the eye absorbs the medicine - not the contact lens.
Hope this helps!

Depends on the type of eydrops.
Are you using medication?
Are they for contact lens use?
If it is meds, then it's best to remove contacts before putting in drops. If it's for contacts, it won't hurt your eyes if you have the contacts in or not.

I do it all the time, both while I'm wearing contacts and after I've taken them out. I live in a dry climate and if I don't put drops in my eyes, they tend to dry out.

You can put eye drops in your eyes whether you have contacts in or not. You soak your contacts in solution...solution is similar to eye drops, solution gets on your eye from being on the contact.
