Well, sometimes only you can tell.
You can always set until when you still want to wait but I have always believed that "Love is patient" no matter how cliche-sh that statement is. True love waits.

if its true love then u wont care how long u wait. i've waited for 8 yrs. and still.
but, if she shows no interest in u, then move on. but its not going to happen that fast. dont push urself. jus take time
