No. Anyone who has been convicted of a felony is not allowed to own or operate firearms...which means you are not eligable for arms training in the military, eliminating you from ever going into combat and making you non-deployable. It negates the reason the military needs folks in the first place.

depends on the felonies and how long ago they were and what you have done since then. Multiple DUIs indicate a destructive pattern, so your chances would be slim. anything involving domestic violence is a No Go. Anything involving a firearm is a No Go.

National Guard may be your only option.
