That's an interview question?

If it is, I would answer: "There is no reason why you should not hire me, and I am ready to start the job immediately."

I have interviewed a lot of people and have never asked this question. Here is what I would look for.
You should not hire me if you do not want :
the best person for the job
your business to be successful
your sales to increase
a dedicated employee
etc.

Ive interviewed for a sales job and was asked this question. Later, when I had been working at that job for a bit I asked about that question. My manager explained to me that he wanted to see how creative i would be with my answer.

If I remember correctly I answered something along the lines of "I tend to get aggressive when it comes to a hard sale." My manager liked that. hope it helps.

it is a trick question. The employer wants to make sure that there is not something that they do not know.
So if you say because I am 'lazy', then they would not hire you.

Just say, there is no reason why you should not hire me.
