Originally you would have eaten the sandwich with the bug and you wouldn't have had a problem. So why bother and telling her. Maybe she toughed you a lesson not to eat in bed anymore and ate your sandwich.

I would've eaten that sandwich, wouldn't you?
I eat food that had bugs on it all the time.
Especially flies, if you've ever been at a picnic or barbeque, half the food there probably had flies or ants on it.
Legally, a single Fig Newton is allowed to have like, 15 fruit flies in it or something because it's just impossible to get rid of all of them.
"FDA's threshold of tolerance may be a bit more lenient then your own. What percentage of cherries infested by maggots would it take for you to reject the batch? The FDA sets the bar at 5%. For fish it's 60 parasitic cysts per 100 fish. For tomato sauce, 30 fly eggs per 100 grams (~3.5 ounces)."
Seriously, I'm surprised when there are no moths in my cereal because I live in such an old house and there are moths everywhere. People worry too much about everything. I literally eat off the floor sometimes. Yet I will never do drugs or drink. Thank about it. Which one is more harmful? Eating a sandwich that had an ant on it? Or drinking a beer? Smoking a cigarette or joint? And yet which one do people do more readily?

The 10 second rule applies to bugs too.
Was the bug on it for more than 10 seconds? If not, no harm done.
I wouldn't tell her either way. You don't even want to think about how many bugs were ground up in the flour at the factory that made the bread...
Bon Appetite!

You're sooo bad. she probably deserved it but the bug could have just come from the garbage can. its in the same level as spitting on the food of someone you don't like. If nothing happens to her though just don't tell her what you did.

So- so. You were eating the same sandwich which means you don't care more about yourself than for her, but if she really is squeamish you shouldn't do it to her. Anyway, now you can't tell her, it's the worst thing you can do

If it was a fly, that's gross because flies puke on their food before they eat it, and she could get sick. But if it wasn't, or the fly didn't have the time, she'll be okay. But you're mean!

It doesn't matter, its not like she's going to die.
But if you have that much resentment towards your gf, you need to tak to her.
