The first country that established Christianity as its state religion was the Roman Empire, if you want to call that Christianity.

well lets see. Rome was in Italy. rome became the Holy roman empire. so i would say that Rome is one of them.
and for the other i have to say Egypt.
by the by, i am going from the time that they became Christian. not from the time that they became countries.
America is out because it is not a Christian Country. no matter how many people want to claim that it is.
