Weight watchers doesn't sell any food. They just give you the tools to count points and tell you your daily point allowance. They also provide support and weigh ins every week. You pay a monthly fee. Once you achieve your goal (the set your goal for you based on height, weight, age, etc) then you don't pay the monthly fee. Not sure about JC but I think they sell you the food. My coworker is doing weight watchers and she lost about 35 lbs in 4 months. You have to be prepared to make the lifestyle change or you will gain all the weight back once you stop.

Jenny Craig cost a small fortune. On weight watchers you don't buy their food. I liked weight watchers better and yes you can loose 20 pounds in 4 months. You just have to be commit ed and stick to it. I lost 7 pounds the first week on weight watchers. But I lost even more on the South Beach diet. Good Luck

none of them.
save your money and avoid later on gaining it all or even more back.
to lose weight you have to make some lifestyle changes (obviously if you are where you are at the moment)
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I would go for weight watchers because it teaches healthy eating for a lifetime and does not merely offer specially created foods.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.trim-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
