I pulled a muscles and it hurts really bad to the point i cant walk. How do i get rid of the pain. I have iced it for an hour and the pain wont go away.

Cramps usually gets you if you do not do warm-up or stretching exercise. Try to relax or get some cream to massage you.

you have to rub/massage it and acupuncture/acupressure helps a lot- find the spot that hurts the most and press on it with your fingers and hold it till the pain starts going away (30-90sec).
and stretching also helps.
you have to stretch before to avoid injuries and after to relieve soreness later on.

Its normal for the first of practice think , did u do a warming up before swimming? its important to do warming up before exercise.
