This year I have block zero before school and I have the last lunch period possible. What could I make in the morning if I'm in a rush to catch the bus and don't have a lot of time?

I'm not getting a bullet. I do have a Vita-Mix (super-powered blender), and it's good enough for my uses.

Drink:
One glass of fruit juice
One cup of hot tea or coffee with milk
Eat:
a bowl of oatmeal, topped with sliced fruit, nuts, and milk
Two pieces of whole wheat toast or rye toast with a slim schmear of light cream cheese.
That'll keep you.
Here's a hint: have the fruit cut up the night before, and set out your bowls, plates & utensils.
By eating both hot and cold foods your body has to bring the cold one up to body temp. and the hot things will have to cool down to be digested.

Ok I know some people snoot there noses at this, and thats cause some people never tried it! I have a very busy schedule on the go, in and out of meetings etc. Buy some spinach wraps or sundried tomatoe wraps. What I do, the night before, or a few days before, saute the veggies you like, I prefer peppers, onions and mushrooms. Of course either freeze them or refrig them. 2 eggs (or egg beaters), and cheese of your flavor. This is also a South Beach can do!
Scramble eggs, put in microwave, 1.5 mins, stir, add veggies, cook 2 mins until the eggs fluff up. Put the cheese on the egg so it will melt, slide eggs, cheese and veggies (omlette style) in the wrap and roll like a burrito. This dish take less than 5 mins to make! And you can even do this at work. Microwave eggs are not bad at all! They taste the same as pan cooked! This is filling and sometimes it holds me over till around 3-4pm

I always keep Kashi Go Lean and yogurt for occasions just like this! A bowl of cereal is quick and easy but you can also just add the Kashi to the yogurt. Tons of fiber and it keeps me full for a while. Also, can you maybe grab some fruit and crackers or something for a mid-morning snack? An apple and some Wheat Thins or something you can eat and run with... maybe that will help too.

To last for six hours yet must take less than five minutes to make?
Really?
Almost impossible, unless you have a bowl of sloppy wet cement.
