Are you kidding me? It is true.

Its like a battery. If you charge it full then it works great. If you charge it a lil then it works poorly.

Think of your body like a chargeable battery. But what the heck am i doing now its 12 and i dont plan to sleep till 4 and goto school at 7 and sitting here advising on sleep.lol

Well, if you have better problem solving ability after a good night's sleep, and poor problem solving ability after a poor night's sleep--I'd say it's because of the poor sleep, and it's probably normal.

If you are used to getting a certain amount of sleep each night and then get a poor night's sleep or sleeping less, your ability to think clearly and problem solving skills will suffer.


Once you get a decent night's rest again you'll be abck to normal again.

YUP, Our concentration level is just not as good. Sleep is very important to our heal and mental ability. They also sy that the sleep before midnight is the most important. Night shift workers are noted for having poorer health.

Of course it can. I work in retail management. I have a much tougher time doing my morning paper work after a night of not enough sleep, or poor sleep.

Yea. Could you drive a car if it ran out of gas? Your brain needs rest just like everything else. Take a hot shower and a nap you'll feel better. Lots of water can clear your thinking as well.
