Potato juice! Oh my goodness, step away from the potatos, please! LOL
Your tan is done and over with skin damage, no turning the effects of the sun around. I can suggest in the future using the highest SPF sunscreen you can find, Neutragena makes a small tube (4 ozs I think) 70 SPF. Any exposed skin, use that. At least 50 SPF though.
As for now. Moisturize! Any and every second, moisturize with a good lotion. When you shower, use a body wash that exfoliates. Olay has a thermal "mini skin peel" product, don't know the exact name but in 7 days you have the results of a professional skin peeling session. That stuff is awesome.
Other than that, its all a waiting game. Everyone's skin drys and peels differently but if you have a mild tan, I give it a month, tops, you be fair again.

wow most people would love to have a tan! Unfortunately there isnt a safe quck rememdy. The best i could suggest is to exfoliate your skin with an exfoliating scrub but that prob wont take much color off. When you tan, the color is throughout your skin, not just like dye on top of it. From now on wear a HIGH spf (45 or more) when you go out in the sun.
I layed out only a few times at the begining of summer and i still have a slight tan 3 months later! and i live in michigan!! Also make sure you hydrate your skin to keep if from getting dried and tough texture, i would suggest a cocoa butter lotion..... good luck

in the oriental stores buy a whitenning cream in a week u will see a difference. potatoe juice reduces large pores & smoothes rough skin. do not use pure lemmon as it is very acidic and may change the ph of your skin.
u may also use a little bit of lime mixed with cucumber juice and a bit of rose oil or almomd oil.
to return the luscious look to your skin use cream with mashed papaya as a facial. Leave on skin until dry and wash wit h water. use a water based moisteriser. nothing tha has mineral oil

Are you serious??!! I would kill for some color in my skin! My skin is so pale!! Take some of my paleness!
But to really answer your question, use a gentle exfoliater for the face and one for your body (i suggest neutrogena) which will more quickly get rid of the dead skin cells which are the tan part of your skin. Then every night slather on Aloe Vera gel. And voila! You should be pale soon enough!
