Fishing season is year round. There are certain restrictions on what type of fish you can't catch during certain months as well as places you can't fish during certain months. I fish pretty much every month of the year. Just check with your state fish and game website to find out all the fishing restrictions.

A fishing license will last for a full year, with the most popular fishing months being in the summer time (for obvious reasons), & yes, some people even fish during the winter time months!

in the UK you are allowed to fish in lakes all year round but not on running waters like rivers and streams These have a closed season from march the 14th to June The16th to allow the fish to spawn in peace although with the climate change the fish tend to start spawning earlier an can carry on through to July some years. hope this helps

Seasons vary from state to state and vary with different species of fish . If you listed a state and type of fish in your details that would be helpful

In NC trout season is closed in March

Here in FL snook season is closed during the summer so it varies

Fishing season? Even though I hate hearing people say it, "There are no seasons in Florida!" But as far as fishing goes, it's true... no, wait... snook have a season, and I think there's some ocean fish that have seasons, but fishing in general? No such thing as a season.
