Good question, my most memorable suck out was around 3 years ago. At that time I wasn't making a ton of money and normally playing 1/2 2/4 limit holdem online. I was 19 at the time and a good day for me was making 150.00 in one session. But that day I was playing 5/10.
A few hands into the game I was getting really angry because everyone was raising preflop like crazy every hand, (this was the first time I've played 5/10 and I was not used to this). So out of anger I called a 20 dollar pre-flop raise with 5 3 of hearts after getting sucked into it by players going back and forth (this was my way of telling myself I wasn't scared to play with what I thought at the time was the big boys). Obviously a dumb way to think. The flop comes K 5 3 all in diamonds. UTG bets $5 quickly and the other player calls and I raise to $10. He re-raises me to $15 and the other player folds and I cap it off to $20 thinking he's on a flush draw or AK. Turn is a 5. He bets $10 into me and I raise to $20 and he re-raises and I just call because I didn't want him to think I had a full house. I forgot what the river was, but I remember it being meaningless. We both raise to the max of $40. And he had A 10 of diamonds nut flush on the flop so I got lucky and won.
The biggest bad beat I've ever had was when I had KK and flop comes KJJ. I was betting it big the whole time even pre-flop. He had a Q 3 offsuit and won with a runner runner straight flush after the 10 and 9 of clubs come on the turn and river.

I have two that go together that I will never forget.
I am playing in a local poker league. They are having a two day championship where the grand prize is a trip to Atlantic City and a buy in to the $500 World Series Of Poker Circuit Event.
In the last hand of day one I am dealt AJo. I raise and get two callers. The flop comes AJX. I've made top two pair. I check, someone moves all in, and other person calls. I decide, what the heck, why come back on day two with no chips. So I move all in over the top of the second player. He's mad, but eventually calls anyway.
The turn gives the second player a flush, and he's just so excited. Jumping around yelling punching his fist in the air, and rubbing it in my face because he was still mad that I had set him all in instead of just calling.
The river is a jack, giving me the boat and counterfeiting his flush. I knock them both out and go into the second day as chip leader. In fact I now have $75,000 in tournament chips. No one else has more than $25,000, except for one player with $50K.
On day two I never lose the chip lead and take down the entire tournament, beating 176 players to win.
My prize is a wonderful trip to Atlantic City, which was just great.
During my WSOP Circuit tournament I get really unlucky. Every time I make trips someone stays in the pot, despite not getting the right odds, and beats me. I end up being crippled by a player getting quads to beat my full house. I have $100 left.
But I manage to build this up to $3,000 or so. With less than 40 players to go before the money I get another bad beat and it puts me on tilt. So this time I get over aggressive and ultimately all in with A6s of clubs. My opponent has pocket aces. My odds are not good.
The flop gives me a six, and the river is another six, so I crack his aces with my A6s, and I'm sure he recounted this story numerous times about the fish who knocked him out with a stupid naked ace.
Those two suck outs stick in my mind more than any other two hands, just because of how they happened. There's probably many better stories than that, but those are my favorites.

i've had so many its hard to count, some that stick out....
i flopped trips with pocket 8's and the same suit falls on the flop, the other guy flopped the nut flush, he bet the pot, there was some pre-flop raising too, and i re-raised all-in, he had me covered, he called (obviously), turn a blank, so im getting ready to leave, river pairs the board making my fullhouse, i remember this hand well because, after that hand i came back and won the tournament.
another suck out.....well semi suck out.....
i have A 7 off and the other guy had AK, flop comes A A 10, we both flop trips, i bet, he raises, i call the raise, turn, a 7 comes, i catch my fullhouse, i check the turn, other guy goes all in, i call (obviously), and river misses him...double up there and im back in the game while crippling him.
another one, well this is a bad play i got lucky on....i flop 2 pair, and someone else flops the nut flush draw.....he bets, i call, turn...makes his flush and i decide to go all-in unware he was on the draw and made his hand...river...i get another one of my whole cards and make the full house
last one.......i have pocket 9's and im heads up....my opponent has pocket aces.......i go all-in as i have him covered and he calls...flop comes A 6 7, turn 8, river 10 i catch 4 cards to make the straight.....
i love poker!

I get dealt KK and in early position make a pretty big bet. Table folds around to the sb who reraises a hefty amount. The others fold. I think a moment and raise him enough to put him all in. He calls, turns over the other KK. The board four flushes and I win the pot. I've never felt so bad about winning a hand.
By the way, if that was a live game shouldn't your opponent win a bad beat jackpot for that?

That's pretty sweet! It's going to be tough for anyone to top your story without a 1000-1 long shot perfect-perfect story.
Here's my best: BB had AA and I pretty much knew it. He bet all-in on a completely ragged flop. I had QQ and was next to act. I had him covered by a decent margin in the early stages of a free bar tournament with a whopping $10 bar tab as first prize.
9 times out of 10 I'd fold, but this time I re-all-inned. I knew this guy is generally far too aggressive, but I also knew he usually doesn't go all-in this early in a tourney without a real hand. (In late-middle / late stages of a tourney he's always full of sh*t, though.) I was hoping to nail his a$s for drastically overbetting (and for always overvaluing his hands) and if he did have aces, to win a respectable side pot and make a come back (pretty easy in this particular game).
No one called, but after we flipped our cards, someone informed me he'd folded a queen. Nevertheless, I caught the case queen on the river and knocked him out! I don't think I appologized either. ;)

My first experience at a casino years ago still gets me .
I was playing a progressive machine that usually had a $15,000 or more pay out. I was betting the minimum one nickel per line bet. I hit something that payed me $45.00.
I was over joyed at my good fortune. Years later, while thinking about it---I realized that I had hit the progressive pay out.
Have I learned my lesson? Nope. Several years ago , a week after a new casino opened I was playing one quarter in a three way machine. I hit the progressive---won a whole $250.
MAYBE SOME DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
