I love to cook. It all started when I was twelve, and my birthday present that year was an Easy Bake Oven. Ever since then, you can't really get me out of the kitchen.
If you put a recipe in front of me, and I had the right tools and ingredients, I can make just about everything. I can also wing it if I don't have the right tools, or I"m missing an ingredient or two.
My specialty would have to be baking. I love to make cakes, cookies, tarts, pies. I actually make pie at my job.
I like your question. It gave me a chance to look back on my cooking background, and I got to brag a little. Thanks!

I'm just starting to get the hang of this whole cooking thing. Up until recently my specialty was anything that could go in the microwave. One thing that I do know how to make from scratch and do very well is beef stew.

I love to cook. I started out with a Betty Crocker cookbook and learned the basics. Now more than 12 years later I can make anything I want. If I make something that is just okay then I practice until I get it right. I love creme brulee and creme puffs but my specialty is chicken and dumplings.

I can cook just about anything, and I do enjoy cooking. I don't eat lamb or salmon, so I haven't ever tried to cook them, but I bet I could if I had to lol. My specialty - I would have to say my Crown Pork Roast is pretty darn good - everyone keeps requesting it for Christmas Eve dinner (won't they be disappointed this year when I try Beef Wellington!)

I do love to cook and cooked alot growing up with 6 siblings but now I live alone and rarely "cook". If you are ever in the neighborhood, I will gladly cook you my specialty meal of broiled white fish, double stuffed baked potato, green beans marinara, served with red wine. Dessert is coffee with or without Baileys and blueberry cheese cake.

I love to cook. I don't really have a specialty, but I recently made a Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Pizza that was really yummy. My pot roast is my son-in-law's favorite dish that I make. It starts with a 3 lb. chuck roast, and has lots of carrots, potatoes, celery, and onions, with a thick gravy. I also often add any left over veggies from the week. It's not diet friendly, but it is delicious.

My family seems to enjoy my cooking. I don't really have any one "specialty". My husband and kids joke about never having the same thing twice because I just throw things in pots and pans and can never remember how I made what ever it was. LOL
I do enjoy cooking tho.
addition:
I have 4 teen to adult children living at home.
I make mostly homemade foods.
Pizza
Lasagna
Alfredo
Stir fried foods
Steemed dumplings
soups
stews......
many different things.

I can do really basic stuff, like eggs and sausage for breakfast. I can also do pasta and a meat sauce and grill chicken and fish, but I can't do anything fancy. I'm just a college student so I don't do anything that's elaborate or takes a lot of time to prepare or cook.
