Allah has assured the victory of Islam by expropriating and usurping the land of the infidels and hand them over to the Muslims (verses 13:41, 21:44, 28:58)
such as 2:30, 6:165, 7:129, 27:62) which firmly declare that only the Muslims are the rightful inheritors of earth.

Presumably the claim is that peace will obtain when Islam becomes universal. Which won't happen. The verses in question didn't keep the Spaniards from driving out the Moors.

I will try to interpret each verse one by one of those have been questioned by you dear.
1)!3:41 (Surah Huud) (Noah said) " Say Allah when you are sailing out and when you are entering the harbour.Allah will forgive you."
2)21:44 (Surah Al Anbiyaa) In fact Allah has blessed them and their fathers with a long life on this earth Did not they see that Allah came to kafir land and reduce their blessings or benedictions
3)28:58 (Surah Al Qashash) How many people have been killed in their secular happiness and their houses have been ruined and everything belongs to Allah
4)2:30 (Al Baqarah) Allah said to angels :"I will appoint a leader (khalifah that is Adam) on this earth".Angels said :
"Why does you appoint human?He will destroy something and make bloodshed on this earth"We (angels)will always devote our lives to you (Allah)"Allah answered "I know what you do not know"
5)6:165 (Surah Al An'Aam)Allah decided some of you as rulers on this earth and Allah increased your degree or grade
in certain level for testing about what have given to you.Really Allah is very quick for punishing or torturing you and really Allah is merciful and forgiveful.
6)7:129 (Surah Al Araaf) Moses followers (jewish people in Egypt)said:". We are oppressed by Fir'aun king before and after your coming." Moses answered :"I hope Allah will destroy your enemy." and appoint you as the leader on this earth and Allah will see how is your deeds."
7)27:62 (Surah An Naml) "Who give a permission to the prayer of people in difficulties when he prayed to Allah and get rid of difficulties and who appoint you as the leader on this earth? Is besides Allah there another God?You are only a few to remember/remind Allah."

It is talking about how Muhammad and the Muslims removed the Jewish and Christian people from land in and around Mecca and Medina and other areas in the area. That by Allah allowing them to win showed that Muhammad was his prophet and that Islam must be the true religion.

. It is He Who hath made you (His) agents, inheritors of the earth: He hath raised you in ranks, some above others: that He may try you in the gifts He hath given you: for thy Lord is quick in punishment: yet He is indeed Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

Said Moses to his people: "Pray for help from God, and (wait) in patience and constancy: for the earth is God's, to give as a heritage to such of His servants as He pleaseth; and the end is (best) for the righteous.
They said: "We have had (nothing but) trouble, both before and after thou camest to us." He said: "It may be that your Lord will destroy your enemy and make you inheritors in the earth; that so He may try you by your deeds."

Everyone believes that are right.....christians, muslims, jews, etc.
Since their view is.......their book is perfect, their religion is perfect, they are perfect for being part of the perfect religion and this earth belongs to the people that belong to the perfect religion...............my answer is YES.
