Yes. I can imagine the boredom -- where everything remains the same every day. There is no need for any newspaper there. I have heard that only once was one newspaper published -- one edition, on one day -- and it flopped because after that nothing happened! It described everything in the first edition; that was the last edition also.
This desire for permanency is somehow sick; but it was there, so the religious firms -- yes, I call them firms -- Christian, Hindus, Mohammedans, they did great business for centuries. They are still doing it... and their business can never end, for the simple reason that they sell invisible commodities. They take visible things from you and they give you invisible things which you have to believe in......

Being in this world we cant imagine how heavenly life will be. Just due to 2 simple reasons. First is in this world we have positive and negative aspects during every moments of human life. Also we have a special dimension called time. We measure everything with respect to time in this world. As in the heavenly life these two limitations or dimensions will not b present, we cant imagine how that life will be. Also scientist say we have 3 dimensions in this world and a separate time entity. But they predict that it is possible to have therotically till 7 or 8 dimensions. It is just a computer model only. We cant imagine how it will be. We will understand it only when we reach there. As having Faith in Unseen things is not against today's science we have to believe this. As we all believe we are all going to die one day. We are all going to go to some other place after death. A normal human mind will never say that we will become as nothing after death. Paradise is a place where we don’t have any negative things and no time dimension for doing any measurement. Hence we cant comment anything about that life now. We have to simply believe that we will reach paradise if we do good in this life.

As well as that it's an absolutely totalitarian regime cos 'god' knows everything that everybody thinks, says and does, 24/7.
And, you'd be surrounded by pretentious fundies stroking each others' egos gossiping about those who got there by following a slightly different version of the same thing like The Catholics and Fred Phelps' pack.
North Korea sounds better cos at least Kim Jong Il can't read thoughts yet.
Gee, I'm glad heaven is fake – if it wasn’t I'd opt for the other place just for the better class of company: Mum, Gandhi, John Lennon, Mark Twain and all those burned as witches and heretics, etc.

Just read this and try to understand it, in paradise I live as I please, I wander where I like; I go in and out each day according to my pleasure; I move where my inclination leads me; I assume all the forms which it pleases me to assume; I am flourishing, I am prosperous; I am perennial youth in the garden of immortality. Where can you experience such blissful freedom except in paradise. But unfortunately we ordinary mortals may forever be bound to our miserable exiles in our physical bodies and never know the pleasures of paradise. My dear grapes are sour for me and you for we may never be reaching paradise for a million years and million births for we do not deserve to be in paradise. I think the earthly things are important for you but can earthly things seem important to him who is aquainted with the whole eternity and magnitude of the universe?

No way!! It will be awesome! We will have perfect bodies that can never be harmed. We will be able to go diving down to the very bottom of the sea without getting injured or the bens. We'll be able to jump off a cliff with no parachute or bungy cord and not get a scratch. We'll be able to kiss a lion right on the lips without any fear. We will be able to play football all day without getting injured or tired. And we will reign with Jesus in heaven.

Excitement in my life certainly isn't based on people or things getting old and dying -- how about you?

So the things that keep you entertained are watching things die and get old? And THAT'S what you think you'll miss??
