pain, like I feel so very uncomfortable around that area, why is it so?

I suppose it's because of the large breast size?

What should I do? Should I replace running with brisk walk?

also, does running/jumping make your breasts sag?

I know exactly how you feel. Being a DDD cup, I can totally sympathize with you. I too have pain and discomfort in the same ares as well as my back when I do certain exercises. Due to that, I do exercise routines with minimal stress as far as THAT is concerned but still get my heart rate up and work my muscles. (I always joke that if I started running, I'd wind up with 2 back eyes).

If I want to do cardio that way, I usually power walk. I've read that as far as the effects of running and walking go, there really isn't a difference as long as your walking at a fast pace that gets your heart rate up and if you run, you get there faster. If you really want to run/ jog, see your doctor.

Hope this helps.

Just to clarify....do you mean CLAVICLE area? Your cervix is...well.......somewhere else. (hehe)

Any-who. Yes, women w/ large breasts are known to have pain whilst running. Their upper chest, back, shoulders, etc. are all places that feel the pain of movement.
You might want to wear two sports bras....some women wear their regular bras and then a sports bra on top. That might help. And make sure you get a GOOD sports bras. They're not all created equally. You want one w/ thicker straps that covers a lot of your chest area.
It's always an option to change exercise habits. If you feel more comfortable power walking, go for it.
Yes, over time it has been shown that excessive running makes the breasts sag....BUT that is only when you run like 6-7 miles per day 5x per week. THOSE types of runners tend to experience that....you should be okay if you're just jogging and running recreationally.
Good luck!

Sagging is going to occur even with small breast..that isn't going to change a thing. As far as jogging all i can say is i'm a big breasted lady myself and when i work out i couldn't do without a sports bra..It's uncomfortable cause they press down but at least they dont bounce and cause that pain..!

For the main section, your breasts sag by using genetics. My mom had small breasts, yet they sagged. great breasts can actually be a soreness contained in the neck. try making use of a good activities bra, some great breasted ladies certainly placed on 2 of them. A brisk walk could certainly be much less complicated on you, and you will nevertheless burn a reliable quantity of energy. reliable success.

If it's not muscle pain then i would go to the doctor to check it out - in the mean time, power walk.
