I have done that; there's a place in the printer file to print the reverse of a design for a transfer. Try using the file menu in your tool bar. Click print, and you should get the opportunity to select your preferences. On my old printer and computer, the flip image for transfer was right there; just click and print. On my new ones, you have to select "more printing ideas," after which you select "printing tasks," and select iron-on transfer. There, I can choose "mirror" if it needs to be reversed or "normal" if my program has already reversed it for me.

Unless you take a screenshot of the MS Word document, reverse the resulting image, and print it out, you cannot (assuming you don't have a backwards font).

Mine all worked fine using HP paper and a domestic iron. Be sure to iron at correct temp for correct time. That's it easy. Just try again on another shirt.
