Air conditioning, sadly, is not an option. Fans are on 24 hours a day, blinds are kept down. It's hot hot hot hot. Sun beats in from morning to afternoon. Blinds are like heavy-duty mini binds.

See if their are any heat sources that you can remove from the areas. A fidge, stove etc that could be giving off heat. You might also try to block sun from entering before it actually hits the blinds.

hot air rises, cool air sinks. u can use this principal to keep the room cool or less hot. maybe u can install an exhaust fan high in the wall to suck the warm air out. its key to have ventilation. u need to take advantage of outdoor moving air/wind to keep the air circulating. closed off, stagnant air will only maintain a warm room and make it worse. place a canopy over the windows before rays hit the windows. are your blinds white or shiny?these are good reflectors.

Well is your roof ventilated? Ridgevent or attic vents make a big difference . Also make sure that your attic and walls are insulated.
