Dude, with a mug like that, are you going to be on exhibit? Sorry, couldn't resist.
The weather tomorrow should be very nice, so I think we're going. Best Durn fair of them all.

Oh wow, I lived in Pomona-Claremont until age 10. No smog, all orange groves then, and no freaking freeways.Not going, wish I was, but I live too far away and I would probably not brave the traffic. Went there once though, and got kissed while riding the Ferris wheel. It was 1963; and JFK was still alive. You have fun, and look out for the ladies. I'm sure they'll all be after you!

I'd love to go. Fairs are fun! 22 hours of driving isn't though, so I guess I'll pass.
Have a great time, win some prizes, try some new food and laugh a lot!

We plan to go. I just love the livestock exhibit, and of course the food!! Also, it seems that for a change the weather will be much cooler which is great, because it is always so hot.

Do they have beer tents at the LA county fair?
I am from IOWA and our state fair is so much fun, they have a bunch of fun bars, tons of food, free entertainment, etc.
I'm younger and will be going with a fun group, none of us have never been before...
what should we expect, other then the heat... it was 117 degree heat index @ the fair in iowa so I can deal with it. :)Thanks for your help

Pomona is a hot box. Its usually fun, but this heat can wipe you out. Be careful if you go.
