i think that poop is only stuck up...sometimes it really do happens...don't worry, nothing will happen to your parakeet...just keep on caring and always put a water in its cage...they took a bath everyday...later on, it will be clean out...and try to observe its actions...is it in good condition like before? if it did, its really just a poop stuck in it...but if you notice that something is wrong... try put some medicines crush in its food... just a bit...okey?...coz, if it is so many, there is a possibility he won't eat it coz it taste something different...just don't panic....coz everything will turn out alright...god bless....

The bird's vent is what it's called. The bird should be able to clean it off itself, but you can offer clean warm water in it's bath to help. Just make sure to keep it warm and out of drafts after it bathes.

Check it's diet, poop getting stuck on the vent is a sign of diarrhea...not good. Do not offer lettuce or too many greens or that can cause loose stool. If the bird looks fine otherwise and stops having diarrhea it should be fine. If the bird sits puffed up or is not acting good it may need to see your local avian vet.

Just look up the number of a vet. They usually are helpful with that kind of thing. I'm sure he is okay, but Parakeets are so small that when something does happen to them, it's already too late to do anything!..... Good Luck!

Put on a one pair of winter glove. and take the bird on your hand and don't panic cause the bird will start feeling scare and fly around the cage. Hold it with care and lift it's tail. And wrap the bird butt. Put it back in the cage with care. If you think you Can't do it. go to the need est pet shop ask them to do it for you.

,It could be that he is sick, it could be that the pop just happened to get stuck to his but either way clean it up use warm water and wash it off, and take to a vet or back to the place where you bought it and they might be able to help you.
