Well...this is an idiomatic expression that does not translate literally well into Spanish.

If the name of the team is not translated then

¡Los Cubs dominan!

If you want to translate the team name:

¡Los Cachorros dominan!

But that sounds really cheesy in Spanish. Some equivalents would be:

¡Los Cachorros son lo máximo!
¡Los Cachorros son los mejores!
¡Los Cachorros, campeones!
