It was not so much the sacrificing of the goats that solved the problem, it was the faith in God, that if they made the sacrifice that the problem would be fixed. God created the world and all that is in it. Why should he not be able to solve an electrical problem.
I am sure that God did not leave Heaven to go to Nepal to work on those aircraft. He inspired someone or some group to come up with the solution. This just goes to show, that if man will allow Him to, God will solve your dilemmas.
