Look at history. I hope your school teaches it well. But you can read it on your own in the library.
Maybe 25-35 years ago a lot of kids dropped out because they thought the world was ending in nuclear disaster, because of all the fearmongers who were saying so. Now many regret being condemned to inferior jobs because they did not get a good education, thinking then that the fearmongers were right and the world was ending and it made no difference.
I personally know one kid who was a brilliant artist, and very good thinker, but never went on to art school or took advantage of a college scholarship, because he bought the line that there is no hope. So after years on welfare and trying to make ends meet scavenging cardboard to recycle, and washing dishes in a restaurant, he did learn to drive a truck, and ekes out a living in local deliveries.
What a waste of a good talent and mind tho, because he believed the fearmongers that there would not be a world for him, and they were dead wrong. He will never have the good life he started out towards.
Don't believe the ones now; they are likely to be just as accurate as the nuclear destruction ones were, and if you check, many of them are making big money for themselves right now mongering fear to the rest of civilization.
Stay in school, do your best to learn science, and also propaganda analysis, and history, so you know what happened in the past and why and how to tell the fearmongers from honest people.
And do your part then as an adult to help straighten out the mess. And get good honest people in charge.
By the way, History tells us that the global warming periods were GOOD for mankind, more food, more land to expand onto, and more time for culture and recreation and improving science.
So I am not sure why we are fighting what in the past proved wonderful for humanity!
Unless it is so some can get power and others money, which as I read is happening under the surface guise of the global warming fighting system.
But do not give up hope. Churchill said the only thing we have to fear is Fear itself. Different context, but still very true. Learn well, and graduate to do good things for our earth. It will be waiting!

No, you're not going to die young because of global warming if you're not extremely unlucky. No climate scientists believes human life will end soon. They do believ however that in the mid century there may be over 150 million climate refugees around the world due to climate changes.
History has shown us that humans are really great to come up with solutions to problems when there is a serious threat and all over the world scientists and governments are working hard together to find solutions. (Unfortunately one exception is the U.S. government who has been very slow to address global warming. They have received hard critics for that from around the world and now they are finally starting to act too.)
How our future will look is hard to predict and it also depends a lot on the decisions we make today. Some say it's impossible to cut carbondioxide emissions with about 80% which is calculated to be needed to 2050 but just look back 45 years and look at all the things that's been invented in that time. Development and inventions are even faster today. That will give you a clue about how much we can accomplish in 45 years ahead if we just make an effort to make it work. I have good hopes!
So do your best in school and work hard. That way you can be fortunate enough to be part of the solution. The future is dependent on people in your age. :-)

That is a decision only you can make. We all die, but whether you die ahead of your time will depend on your decisions more than anything else.
I'd suggest you stay in school and study to make yourself knowledgeable on politics, particulary the American Presidential election coming up. If you do that, you can probably answer your own question.
Global Warming is one of many scientific discoveries of the last century, worked on and refined by thousands of the best experts on the climate. By refined, I mean like once we said the orbit of the earth is a circle around the sun, but now we would say it is an elipse with the sun at one of it's foci. That's a continuous process in science.
The current American President followed a very popular President of the other party, who had a broad base of support. In order to build his own base of support as a candidate, the president made "deals" with various groups and political factions not committed to his opponent. The most extreme elements of one of one such group is strongly opposed to certain branches of scientific research, and the findings they have come up with. The president promised these groups that if they voted for him and he was elected he would hinder the research, try to discredit the scientists and their findings, and try to change what is taught in the schools. Deals like this are not unusual for either party, and he did get himself elected.
Since then he has kept his campaign promise. Stem cell research will be banned until the next president, teachers in schools are being forced to teach things about the histroy and development of the earth that have been known to be false for a hundred years, and efforts to reduce or limit pollution are at a standstill. Each of these is having terrible consequences that affect every person on the planet.
I hope this gives you an idea of how important you are as a decision maker. I'd like to think that your and your children and grandchildren will live to a ripe old age. When things like this happen it places that possibility at risk.
This isn't the only time this has happened. Politicians have often tried to manipulate science for their personal benefit. Always they have found supporters who felt validated by supporting them. As important as science is, making yourself wise in the ways of politicians, and standing up for what is right in the political arena is much more important than the scientific issue of the day. I hope this helps.

Definitely stay in school. One guy I worked for ran a trucking company. He told me that if you are driving a truck and you know you are going to run into a clift, don't brake. Push the petal to the metal. He said if you try to brake, you will be crushed between the braking truck and the clift.
So, put the petal to the metal and do your best in school.
Yes, global warming is real; rivers and lakes are drying up; glaciers and ice packs are melting; Yellowstone's geysers are drying up; there is no where to run.
People are creating this problem; people, if they will face it, can solve it.
So, stay in school and make your life as best as you can.

don't worry!
nothing is going to happen. i grew up with similar lies, and nothing happened.
for 40 years, the experts have not had ONE prediction come true!
NOT ONE!
famine
mass death
shifting of food production regions
climate change
overpopulation
global cooling
mass starvation
massive glaciers
uninhabitable places on earth
running out of fossil fuel
all this was supposed to happen by the year 2000, and if man didn't stop using fossil fuels.
now these SAME "experts" want us to "believe" global warming because it's "real"?
