According to the website I listed as a source, it means:
"Скачать a file"

Guess that only helps a little bit...

It's Cryllic letters - it looks like Russian, but the Russian -> English translation I did came up with that. Good luck.

Yes. That's Russian for "Download file".
Odd, because Скачать usually means to shake off,
spring loose.
In transliterated Russian, here's a line from a song:
Will retype in Cyrillic letters later.
Udalos' li odnozemtsam
s'shei podati skachat'?
Were the villagers successful?
Did they get the taxes off their necks?

Katya's right. It is Russian and it means "Download file". And there's absolutely nothing odd about this phrase - neither about its Russian spelling nor translation. This phrase is very common... People, not everything can be translated word-by-word.

Hi, It looks like Russian. A great translation site is < http://world.altavista.com/ >. According to two different sites, it means < To skachat' the file > weird, but two came up with it.

well its def. Russian....the last part translates to "a file"...the 1st letter of the 1st part must be wrong, but if you take it off, it being the 1st letter which looks like a "c" it translates all together as "to swing a file"
