What do you mean "diet coke floats in the can"? More information would be helpful.

I don't drink Coke, so maybe I'm ignorant but what do you mean it floats? Like there's air under the liquid in the can? that was the only meaning of "floats in the can" I could think of but surely not.
Please answer, I'm really curious now.
