I wondering about the career of Pediatric Oncology/Hematology, how long is your residency time in total and is it a nice profession to go into ?

You should be asking people in the profession.

To me, that would be one of the most difficult professions to go into.

You would be dealing with children and babies that are in alot of pain, dying, and their families.

That doesn't sound like a picnic to me.
