Sweetie, I wish I could take some of that anguish away for you.

I do, however, have good news. Much of what you are going through is a normal part of adolescence. It's crummy, but it doesn't last forever.

It might help to try thinking about each event and each day as a challenge and that you just need to hold it together a while longer to get through it.

Some good exercise will also help. Something pretty strenuous, like running or a sport or vigorous dancing. Not only will that help to release some of the stress, it also releases chemicals into your system that help you cope with the stress.

Find something you really LOVE to do that can use as a reward for yourself. It's also a stress-reliever to get lost in something you love doing.

Something that won't help is being a bag to your family and friends. That will only cause them to react in ways that make you feel isolated.

You'll make it through.

This might sound odd, but simply chill. Everyone around you in school is going through something similar. Everyone handles it differently.

Be honest and decide how much time you really have to accomplish things. Set limits. If your siblings need help, allot a period of time for that, let them know, and stick to it.

List you chores and divide them over the week. Do them regularly rather than letting them pile up on you.

Keep asking the math teacher questions in class until you understand what she is trying to get across. She is allowed to be impatient; you are allowed to be persistent.

Love life ... save it for later. All it will do now is interfere with real life. However, if you get everything else under control, you might find you have a little time to explore other things - like the complexities of men.

Ha isn't life fun!! Yeah teachers can be pretty crappy, I'm kinda dealing with the same thing also. But what i'm trying (and seams to be working) is just orangizing your time a little bit more. Yeah homework can be extreamly stressful but then make sure to find things at leat for 10 minutes a day to make yourself calm down. Whatever it takes you. Either calling a best friend and just exploding, going for a long jog etc. etc. Yeah ha i know it seems tuff to even make time for boys but maybe you shouldn't right now. At the moment schools more important guys will always be their. Just try things that can destress you. Go to the bathroom at your school and just go into a stall and scream if you have to. Worked for me =D

this could be very logical explanation. first of allyou have so many puling at you in too many directions. i would suggest you have your foks take you to doctor and get some meds for stress and try it and see if that will help. it could and if you take a breath between each thing and breathe it can help also. don't get excited calm down and take each thing in stride and do it careful and slowly sometimes being too fast can cause a crash. try this and with the meds all will be fine take care.
