It will vary with thickness & whether in sauce or not.
But the range is 1 - 2 hours at 326F/160C turning once.
They need to be well-cooked, no pink, & tender.
Invest in a meat thermometer, or BBQ fork.

Hmmmm. I hate porkchops but my friend do. he said it would take about 30-40 minutes. The temperature is375 degrees.

350F until the internal temp is about 155F. Depending on the thickness of the chop. Or until the middle is white. Unless you can tell by firmness, this will mean cutting into the middle of one. I use my handy meat thermometer and they come out perfect.

ya know...i have a really simple way I do them in the slow cooker! Just take your chops, and a big jar of apple sauce you love. Put them on low in the slow cooker for about 8 hrs and check on them, it all depends on how you like them too...the longer...the softer. It's simple, and they come out AWSOME!

If you are going to be gone all day just season, brown and put them in your crock pot with a little water or soup and cook rest of day on low.
