Not grammar or word usage - but style and flow and technique. I used to think I had talent for it - but lately I am reading some well written emails from customers these days and feeling I am slipping.

Go to a book store and buy one for "writing business letters". There are some really good books out there and they have templates of all kinds of business letters.

You need to go back to the basics of cursive writing. Get some lined paper like the kids use but they have it that is smaller so that the center dotted line is in the middle of a regular spaced lined paper. Then practice and practice and practice. While you are practicing, take the time to judge whether you are holding the pen comfortably or too tight and whether your wrist movement is natural or tensed up. That will make a difference on how your work looks. Once you try several ideas, then practice them just like you learned to do when you first learned to write. We all have to go back to the drawing board from time to time on a lot of stuff. Practice makes perfect as we learned in school.
