How do you put these lines in Passe Compose with irregular verbes?

1. Vous avez pu aller au cinema recemment?

2. Tu as choisi un bon (nouvel?/whatever the word for book is)

3. Tu as vu un film Anglais?

4. Tes amis ont compris le film Anglais?

5. Tu as bu un coca?

6. Et toi, Vous avez pris du le gateau? *whatever the word for cake is

and any tips for conjugating irregular verbs? Any extra help or tips is welcome (hey 10 points sounds good, oui?)

All your examples are already in passé composé. Maybe you need to revise your question... ? If you mean to convert to imparfait, then it's

1. Vous pouviez aller...
2. Tu choisissais...
3. Tu voyais un film anglais (not Anglais)
4. Tes amis comprenaient le film anglais
5. Tu buvais...
6. Et vous, vous preniez du gateau (not du le -- and not tu and vous addressing the same person)

For irreg verbs, you need one of the standard booklets that lists all the verbs (Bescherelle is the most common but there are others). You should get one that groups the verbs by type, so you can see which ones are conjugated the same way. E.g., exagérer (exaggerate), exaspérer (exasperate), céder (give up) all work the same.

Check which irregularities are just to get the sound right (e.g. céder -> je cède) and which are part of the structure (e.g. boire -> nous buvons).

Also the book should mark the irregularities in bold type or something, so you can see how the verbs differ from the standard models. A great big book with nothing but lists of conjugations will not help you see the overall picture. Try to generalize, there will be less to learn!

For #6, it doesn't make sense to have "et toi, vous avez". It's either Et vous, vous avez (to more than one person or to someone you don't know well or to show respect) or Et toi, tu as (to a friend or a child or someone in your family). And it's just "du gateau", "du" means "of the" for a masculine thing.

a lot of the irregular verbs are going to have different ways to do it, hence them being irregular. its really just a basis of memorizing them. from the looks of it, you have most of them right (and book is livre)
