If you have a wells fargo bank close to you, go and apply for an apportunity account?
it's basiclly a checking account but it is monitored, you screw up, once and that's it. no more chances.

hope this helps.

You will remain in ChexSystems for 5 years from the date of the event. About 85% of the banks verify with ChexSystems before they will open an account for you.

If it is valid information you won't be taken out no matter how much you beg. If you have not settled(paid) the amount with your previous bank none of these banks will even think about opening an account for you. However, once it is settled most banks are now opening up accounts where the ChexSystem record is more than a year old. If you have settled it, you should check with banks such as Bank of America or Wells Fargo to see if they will do it for you.

You gotta make a deal with your bank.

1.) ask your last bank what will they accept so they can temporarily lift that one.

2.) make a deal with them that you will pay them after a period of time.

actually in this case only the bank that made the action against you is the only one that can lift it back.

If you have paid them off along with all the fee's call them and ask them to take you off they have to, you might still owe additional fees and that is what is keeping you on there
