Room temp, they leave it sit out at the bar... the alcohol content (and sugar) will keep it safe like any other liqueur. Drink it faster and you won't have to worry!

Room temp. Amaretto sours. Ummm. My favorite. I like the combination of the sweet liqueur hitting the middle of my tongue and and the sour mix at the sides. It's like a warm and cozy in my mouth.

Room temp. Ameretto served up should not be cold.
If you don't like it warm, drink it on the rocks or in a cocktail. Cocktails get some of their character from the melted ice they take on, so they should not be so cold as to not melt the ice.

If you have room it is really nice cold from the fridge but shelf storage is the norm and then serve over ice or add to coffee for a really nice treat. Cheers!

Room Temp is fine but keeping it chilled will hot hurt it either.
