"Mis" does not have an accent.
In spanish the monosyllables does not have accent. Except when they can substitute the nouns.
Example: - tu papá sabe cocinar
- él sabe cocinar.

mi without an accent means my; mis in plural meaning my in relation to plural objects

mi with an accent means me - the plural of that is our - nuestro
