My friend told me that it's only the case when the hat is too tight.

It's a myth. Male pattern baldness is acquired genetically, specifically from the X-chromosome. This means that if your maternal grandfather is bald, you and all your brothers will become bald.

Men wear hats AFTER they start going bald, to cover up the hair loss.

No its not true even if the hat is really tight. I mean, if a tight hat doesn't make your hair fall out when you wear it, it wont make your hair fall out later in life even if you wear it a lot.

it might look somebody might have researched this and desperate what relationship, if any, is. I even have constantly surmised a brilliant form of fellows positioned on caps because of the baldness situation, yet what if the cap replaced into the reason interior the 1st place. can no longer talk to the critter situation, yet they too must be reason for situation.. LOL.

It can cause your hair to break off because of the friction. It may even break off at the roots, but it will grow bac. Baldness is genetic though and it won't cause anyone to go bald.

MAYBE WHEN ITS TO TIGHT, BUT I WOULDNT THINK A HAT COULD CAUSE BALDNESS.

Not sure, maybe it increases sweating and the sweat absorbed back in kills the hair roots. I'm just guessing.
