Sorry, laddie, but most of us have no idea what commercial you're talking about! Give us a link to a webpage that shows what you're talking about, and then we can give you an opinion, and maybe share the laugh with you!
However, they can make chocolate into anything, so, I'm sure it's real. Now, if it were made of haggis, THAT would be something! ;)

If you're talking about a cake made to look like a car then yes, it's probably real. Most anything can be sculpted into a cake.
