Is that your mortgage? Probably not a whole lot actually.

I've got a 790 credit score with a $245k mortgage. If I paid it all off, how much higher could my credit score really go from 790?

how are you getting rid of it? I have 167000 in debt - 2 mortgages and a car loan and a 716 score, so the debt itself is not the issue - it's on time payments that matter and not running up credit cards
